Please allow up to 10 working days for product delivery. For larger quantities please enquire

Returns & Refunds

All returns must be within the individual product warranty period.

Refer to Product Page and Terms and Conditions section 8 for more information

Send an Email to: sales@jtoengineering.co.uk with the following information:

  • Our Invoice Number
  • Date Purchased
  • Quantity you are returning
  • State if you are returning the whole product OR just the lock
  • Reason (s) for the return (s)
  • Your Name (Company)
  • Your Address
  • Your Post Code
  • Your Contact Phone
  • Your Email Address

We will reply by Email and include:

  • A shipping Note which contains the following
  • An RMA number which must be attached to your returned product.
  • An address where to ship back the item(s) to
  • Instructions how to ship back the item(s)
  • What to include in the parcel.
