The body provides protection of lock and the key is retained until it is locked, then removal of the key can take place. This prevents the lock being left open until the skip is secured.
The body is complete with drain holes if ingress of rain. The lock naturally settles bottom down to drain.
There is internal space for a tracker pocket, should you decide to fit one.

Attack on hinges, hardened rotating steel washers prevent the easiest grinder attack, however even if the hinges are compromised, the front pad and hasp prevent opening.
Drill lock attack, the hasp is still in position and access is only via large grinding disc as above. Access with a large grinder is compromised by the shape of the product and skip design.
